This is the first dealership that has ever taken this good of care in me. I was very skeptical three months ago when I purchased a used vehicle from them and they did not offer warranties of any kind. I took my vehicle back yesterday for an oil change and several problems were located. When I made them aware I had puchased the vehicle there last fall he said "Oh I didn't realize that, never mind we will take care of all of it" and with a smile he was off to fix it. They put a new serpentine belt on and several light bulbs that had worn out.Never did I imagine that meant not only was I not paying a dime for the repairs but my oil change also cost less than Wal-Mart and other oil change services. I have never had a dealership do that and this is atleast the 20th vehicle I have purchased from a ealership. Wheelers is now my Go to shop for both purchase and service after this experience.

Wow, it doesn' get much easier than this. Being a first time internet buyer I was a little apprehensive, didn't know what to expect being burnt by numerous dealerships not calling back and keeping thier word. Scott at Wheelers did an excellent job, got back to me with answers, was not pushy, and was patient. Had most of the answers, and if he didn't was not afraid to go the extra mile and ask and get extra pics, what ever it took to ease my concern. Great job, even though I live 300 miles away looking forward to doing business again!!

I visited the Auto Body Shop on December 18, 2010 and was amazed at how clean and professional the shop was.
Drove to Marshfield to do some other shopping, and saw Wheeler's so we drove in and there it was - the vehicle I've been hoping to find - white Yukon XL Denali. Went in and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Great experience overall - very responsive. Vehicle had just come in and had not been cleaned for resale yet - they had it ready for me when I was abel to pick-up a few days later. Have never had this kind of experience before - normally when you go pick up a vehicle you are in and out in 15 minutes - Michael spent all the time needed to show us how all of the features on the vehicle worked and made sure we had everything we needed.
