Jim auto is fabulous. Very truthful doesn't rip you off like other places in town.
As someone else said, you must need to be a long time customer to get decent service. I'm not very patient, but when 'I'll pick your car up after lunch', turned into two, three, four o'clock, I called another repair shop, because I'm already missing another day off work because they obviously didn't need my business.
I have been at Jim's Auto Repair at Marshfield for tow or three times, and I can tell you that Scott and his team are excellent to their customers. They usually take serious time to review all work done to ensure satisfaction. From the personal view, Scott is a friendly and very polite man with nice personalities.
Jims auto took me in when everyone else was closed and figured out what was wrong with my white Malibu. Super honest fast and friendly service! Thanks.
