They try to upsell things to you. Services that your car doesn't need, to make a quick buck. Quality of service was a bit sub par, but at least they were nice people.
Fast service and reasonable prices.
Update. I had an appointment at 8. Arrived at 7:58 to find 5 people in line. At rate things were going their was no way my car would be in the garage by 9 as techs had just pulled 2 cars in. When they say a time you expect that's when they can work on it. What were the other 2 cars appointments from yesterday? Just disappointing when the service is unorganized with scheduling. If things arent going to be exact they need to explain on the phone "ya your scheduled at 8 but we tell 5 or 6 other people that in case someone cancels or doesn't show so most likely your vehicle wont be getting worked on until around the time you need to go to work. Oh sorry we didnt tell you that?"
After a long morning of running around, we were finally heading to our cabin up north when the low tire pressure light came on. We had just put air in the tires the night before, so I knew there had to be some type of a slow leak. I arrive at this store shortly after 12pm, and since it was Saturday, they were only open until 12:30. I didn't expect that I'd be able to give them my car and have them fix it in such a short amount of time. Not only did they repair my tire, but it didn't cost me a thing. Doug Eichten was the person who helped me out and made a potentially stressful situation stress free. I highly recommend this store. Can't thank these guys enough.
I have brought in parts tie rods, ball joints, etc the usual and shown them they are not bad by the tightness of ball joint or tie rod or strut etc... They just look at me clueless and say "we told you to change those ya their not bad I dont know why we would say that". These places in town are not dependable. Fleet farm does not use specs either be very wary of these places working on your car as they treat every vehicle the same when approaching problem solving will replace things that dont need to be.
Comfortable waiting area, friendly staff, good prices if you have a coupon, which are easy to locate.
