My father in law had a back up in the basement. He was hesitant to call because that's just him... We made him call and a young man named Scott came to the house. He instantly took charge and was VERY focused. He assessed the situation, asked questions, looked around and got busy right away. He took the time and explained everything that he was doing, showed my father in law so he could see it for himself and finished up. We received the bill in the mail days later and we were happily surprised they didn't take advantage because they are senior citizens A very fair Bill for a very good, honest job done!!

I was having trouble with my bathroom sink, so I called Reigel to fix it. who arrived was an elderly old man who argued with me saying that he was told he was supposed to fix the kitchen sink. I assured him that it is the bathroom sink an not the kitchen sink. due to his age, he had a very hard time getting under the sink to run the snake in the pipe. despite his age, the pipe was cleared in about 20 min. once I got my bill, I was charged for 60 min of service despite him only have worked 20 min. I would not go back to them. I fear that the old man is going to break a hip or something, then charge me for his hospital bill.
I love these guys. I went to the store today and the gentleman helped me figure out what parts I would need to redo the plumbing for my pressure tank. He spent over an hour with me as I followed him around the store picking up the parts I needed and explaining to me every single detail of how to do it. His enthusiasm was incredible and by the time we were done he had me so excited about plumbing I wanted to be a plumber. He even gave me some freebie materials I would need to complete the job. Can't say enough good about them and in all honesty I would say that is the best most cheerful customer service experience I have ever had.

Very bad service by SCOTT he raged out in a fit because he could not fix the problem gave me wrong parts that did not fit or fix leak. When i questioned him why he yelled at me and said he was done through all his tools in box and reved up the truck ans took off. He accused me of pooring buckets of water on spout not at all true a pitcher to clean but i do it on all my tubs and never this problem
Scott also came to the aid of my mother in law who had fallen to her knees getting out of the car after a doctors appointment. She had recently had surgery and was still pretty weak. Scott was very kind a gentle with her and reinforced the fact that she was no bother to both her and my father in law. Excellent job Scott, And thank you from our whole family!! As my father in law said....."Senior Citizen Approved"!!!!!!
He argued with me on this for a half hr sdo i am left weith a mess and told to fix it myself.
