Thank you Marshfield Menards!!
I have to say, Menards in Marshfield is just awesome. Everyone (staff and customers) was nice. There was no fighting or running. Staff was well informed on locations of sale items. Everything was organized. They even had a Santa there at 4:30 this morning to spread Christmas cheer!!
That is why I go there every year for Black Friday shopping.
Couldnt find anyone in the garden center to help us and no one could help us in the millwork area (doors/windows).
The guard at the lumber yard gate she was horrible. Needs to find some customer service skills. She should not have that job. The rest of the staff was helpful
I was at this location one day when there were two people pushing carts. I noticed there names were Roth and Jessica. They were working so good together laughing and smiling. It Was so great to see such good communication and friendliness. I give a big shout out to them. Also that same day I didn't even know where to find certain screws I needed so I asked Jessica to point me in the right direction. She actually WALKED me all the way to that section and said "i will find someone that works in this department because I wouldn't want to give you the wrong item". She went out of her way when she didn't need too. I would love to see more people work together like Jessica and Roth!! They are great and always smiling and laughing and working hard.
This review is a little late but they should be acknowledged!!
Couple items in wrong spot so prices were wrong. Went and showed employees were we picked items from and was told the prices was wrong or item was in wrong location and it wasnt there problem. Had to wait to get a price over ride because employees dont know how to do there job.
Clean location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mildly pricy.
