Nice place, unfortunately the sale item was not available( they only stocked 1 plus the floor model ) and i have to make another trip to pick it up....

i called before going to their store to ask about a sale on their website and the guy told me that they weren't having that sale anymore but once i told him it was on the website he said he would honor it. i asked if they had the mattress in stock at the store because I didn't want to drive all the way there and not be able to pick it up. I gave him the sku number, he checked and said yes, they did have it in stock. I drove the 35 minutes there only to be told that they did not have it in stock but that they could order it. When i told him that i was told that it was there he said that he told me that they had one twin (i called about the queen) in the show room but not actually in the store. Since he lied right to my face I will never buy anything from that store.
Disappointed. Ordered a queen headboard in November. I think I called about a dozen times throughout Dec, Jan, and Feb asking when it would be in. Each time, I'd hear that it would be coming in the following week. Don't call back, we'll call you. They never called and the headboard never shipped from the warehouse. I'm sick of waiting, so I finally cancelled the order. Ridiculous.
