My wife and I have been happy with anything we've bought at Mitten's. The salespeople there are very helpful and the installation guys have always been very capable and polite.
Our stove went out right before Christmas so we needed a new one fast. When we got there and told them they took us back by their stoves and showed us all the ones we could get that day. He told us if there was one on the floor we liked that they didnt have in the warehouse that they would sell us the floor one. He was very patient and answered all our questions without being pushy at all. We got our stove picked out and went to get it at the warehouse. Got it home and they accidentally gave is electric instead of gas. When I called they apologized and said they would send someone out right away with the right one and take the other one. There was no hesitation from them to fix their mistake. When the guys came they apologized again and again for the mistake. It was all around great customer service!
Mittens has the worst delivery guy Jim. Disrespectful and rude to costumer and coworker. He doesn't know how to take fault for his own actions. Jim hit my aunts electrical box while doing a delivery this winter. Also this terrible delivery guy shushed my aunt while on the job.
Mittens you might want to consider kicking the garbage out the door before he ruins the reputation of your company.
