Awful customer service. Was told my phone was going to be done in 45 minutes, it's been a week now and it's still not done.
UPDATE: Brought the phone in less than a month ago and her screen is coming up and the 'new' phone they gave her is starting to malfunction, ie. Volume buttons not working, screen popping up.
Brought them 2 phones to fix cracked glass. One was still working. First they said I could have the one back in 45 min for $75 and the other they would have to order. Then after I went back in an hour it still wasnt done and they wanted me to come back the next day. I should have walked then. Long story short and too many details... They gave me many days of broken promises, multiple quotes, me calling the police and then finally over a week later. I go to pick up the phone that was to b done in 45 min to find that its black not the white I dropped off and they broke the original. Will NEVER do biz with them again. Extremely unprofessional and not qualified to run a biz or fix anything. They even messed up the guys phone plan they sold him that was standing in line ahead of me one of the times I was told it would be ready! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. If I thought I would recoup any expenses from a couple of teenagers I have half a mind to bring civil charges against them.
These guys helped me out a lot, I was able to get a Galaxy S6 and I got my service changed to Net10 from AT&T, it's awesome I have so much data and pay about a third of the price. And I got to keep my number!
Terrible service, won't go back. Was told they were going to reinstall OS, never did but opened my device and told me parts were missing. For one my device did not need to be opened up to reinstall the operating system. Makes me furious not knowing if they are the original parts anymore. They never did even "reinstall the OS". Also took my device without having full permission to do so. Never going back. Terrible
I love them! I was looking for a phone and didn't want to spend a lot they help me out I was able to keep my Phone Number and even stay on the same Network! If you are looking for affordable cell phone plans check them out their great!
