Verizon authorized, but not a Verizon Company store. Make sure you know that the sales promotions may not be the same.
Great service! Knowledgeable about all the products they offer and they were not pushy. They provided me with options, but I felt in control the entire time.
Friendly staff, unfortunately on multiple occasions we have been given incorrect information about promotions or details of our contract. Most recently we were told the Cyber Monday deal would be available through Thursday. Since the store was jam packed, I returned this morning to take advantage of the deal, only to be told it expired yesterday and we were misinformed. Again, not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Overall good folks and happy with Verizon - prefer this store to the one across town - but come on, get it together and train your people better so they have the right info for customers! Consumers, all I can say is ask about 3 people before you assume you have been given reliable information.
