Great Place super friendly! Best place to get work shoes/boots!
Worst customer service EVER! Everyone in the area told me this was the best place to go to get my $700 christian louboutin shoes fixed. They needed a new rubber soul (which I purchased and provided); my only request was that when fixing these shoes the label on the bottom of the shoe not is covered. Due to the fact that there it would be very hard to prove they were authentic if this logo was covered. With my request the woman at the counter told me that “you NEVER tell a shoe maker how to fix a shoe” and that they would “try” and not cover the logo on the bottom of the shoe. I explained the importance again and said that I was going to Milwaukee next weekend and I will see what a different cobbler says there, and added that maybe being a bigger city they have a specialist… she cut me off to say that “Oh, we ARE specialists, we have been in business for over 50 years”, which was a statement in itself that was surprising to me because of her complete lack of respect for me. The look on her face in disbelief after this conversation was very upsetting, implying that these shoes were not expensive she points at the bottom of the shoe and says “this is synthesized leather, very cheaply made” made me even more upset. I put my shoes back in the bag and said “thank you” and instead of a nice comment or something that would have made my experience more pleasurable she says to me as I walk out “well then you are going to pay twice as much (in Milwaukee). NEVER again will I go to this place or recommend them to ANYONE for ANYREASON at all.
Would be sad to ever see them leave. Love this place!
