Stopped in for a late lunch, 3:00. There were two tables occupied, and nobody at the ice cream counter. The floor was absolutely filthy, didn't look like it had been cleaned all day. I ordered a tuna sandwich and fries. While the food came out quickly the sandwich was on dry white bread, fries were hot, but raw; which I told our waitress when she came to deliver the bill and for the first time asked how things were. While this might be the place to stop for the older community, I'll pass.
Down home cooking, some of the best home made ice cream. Plenty to eat at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, great service. Highly recommend.
The staff is always so amazingly friendly! The food is delicious, and they serve big portions, and the prices are great! You can't leave without some great ice cream! A very family friendly establishment.
