I love this place a great apartment building.
The Northern management of Marshfield , WI has the worst service ever. I signed a year lease with them and soon after I found a job and had to relocate overseas. I looked for a tenant to sub-lease my apartment and I found two and guest what? the manager told them that I can't sublease nor advertised for them but instead he showed them immediately available apartments and rented to them. I have nothing else than regrets that I rented a place with them.
The landlord is a ass hole
Older apartment building. Well maintained. Key lock entry system makes you feel super safe.
