Once we got into our room, it smelled like a cigar lounge. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Everything in the room was slimy and gross. The curtains had blood stains on them. The carpet was wet. The bathroom had mold in the shower and a ring of mold in the toilet. While booking, we upgraded to a room with a whirlpool. Our "whirlpool" was a normal sized bathtub with some very yellow and very disgusting jets inside of it. I wouldn't have been caught dead in that tub.

The room was $109 per night if we would have stayed, and Mike is saying that the cleaning fee was HALF THE PRICE for EACH ROOM because he had to "personally go strip the beds" himself??? What a ripoff!!!!! He said that because some of us took showers or laid on top of the bed (not under the blankets), he refused to give us a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. They will be out of business soon with Mike as the manager and the lack of cleanliness. I will tell everyone I know NOT to stay in this hotel. I wonder what the "Quality" refers to in the name, because it sure isn't the cleanliness or the customer service.

Decent hotel for the price. Check in experience was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was broken so that was disappointing. No elevator if your on the second floor. Very reasonable rates. Rooms were clean. Didn't try the breakfast.

As soon as we checked in, Mike the manager was making comments to my very beautiful wife about helping her up the stairs with her small bag, but he wouldn't help me with the very large and heavy bag that I was carrying. I didn't appreciate his flirtatious comments nor his clearly lacking understanding of customer service. I should have taken that as a preview of things to come because it gets worse.

Heater didn’t work. My daughter had to sleep in her winter coat. We checked at 2 am and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. I told the manager the next day at check out. I asked for a discount. I received 0 discount. So needless to say I’ll never ever ever stay here again.

Let me start off by saying that the day we checked in, we had spent the entire day outside setting up for a wedding. We had a very narrow gap of time to check in, get cleaned up, and go to the rehearsal dinner.

My family and I stayed here, when my dad had a severe stroke and was at St. Joseph hospital. We have never been treated so badly at any hotel we have stayed at as we were here. Upon checking out, the receipt was tossed at us, which I had to catch. We were never asked, "How was your stay"? Or even have a good day. However, we were chastised over how we were coming and going. When we first arrived we explained that my sisters and I would be taking turns with my mom staying at the hospital with our dad. The whole experience here was not one I hope anyone else has to experience.

Baymont told us they had rooms then at the end of our work day they tell us we need to move our gear and move to different rooms and that they no longer have enough rooms for all of us.

I have stayed in some bad hotels before, but this one takes the cake. I would give it 0 stars, if I could.

The worst part is that because of the wedding, we booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All 3 rooms were horrendous! As I previously mentioned, we only had a narrow gap of time, so some of us took showers and got ready for the rehearsal dinner. When we complained about the state of the rooms, the very nice girl at the front desk said that she would issue us a refund. For only a few dollars more, we stayed at Hotel Marshfield in completely renovated, beautiful, and CLEAN rooms! When my mother got her credit card statement, Mike had still charged her $55 PER ROOM for "cleaning fee." Are you kidding me?! The reason we left in the first place is because it wasn't clean enough, then you have the audacity to charge us to clean the room again?
