My daughter ordered me a beautiful bouquet in a basket...It came late at night and I discovered the next day that it was a onesided bouquet... Called them. They picked that one up and delivered a new smaller one...After much discussion, and upset, I saw that this second bouquet IS the one my daughter ordered online...The same except the basket is not white...Why would they send the wrong bouquet the first time? And a onesided one at that...The lady thats in charge said all online baskets are onesided...Thats just not true. I checked them online on their website and...the secondbouquet is full...I really dont care for their handling of my daughters order..She paid good money, very good money....

Easy ordering and quick delivery! I was very happily surprised. I received several confirmation and follow up emails. My mom LOVED the flowers! Very reasonably priced for a beautiful bouquet. Lori replied to my emails right away and confirmed when the driver left with the arrangement.
