Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up, rental was not vacuumed or clean
They will pressure you to buy so much "tack on" items. Especially the insurance, the guy behind the counter told me that my insurance wouldn't cover anything and neither would the AMEX card. He wouldn't take no for an answer and acted like i didn't know anything.
