I was incredibly satisfied with my service! I did not have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Very satisfied with the cost too, for the work tthat was done, I imagined it to be more costly than it was!
I purchased a used Grand Cherokee from over 1300 miles away. I was gambling that the car would be what was described and that I wouldn't be swindled when I arrived. I was more than satisfied with what I found! I had to fly in late to the Central Wisconsin Airport which is 45 min. from the dealership. I first dealt with Cassandra for a week or so on the internet and she arranged things for me. I also worked with Ryan while I was still at home to get the financing arranged with my Credit Union. On the day after I arrived, Chris picked me up at my motel in the morning and drove me to the dealership. Nat met me when I arrived and showed me the vehicle which was detailed and waiting inside the shop! As soon as my bank wired the money to pay for the car, Ryan quickly finished the paperwork and got me in the car as they all knew I had a long drive ahead. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone either local or far away. They care more about the person they are selling to than about the sale. We LOVE our new Jeep and the memory of the great experience made the drive home very pleasant.
Beware. They push you around to do unnecessary work. They did work without my approval, and then wanted to charge me for it, when I stood up to them, they undid the work. But this caused damage to the parts they replaced without my approval. Additional parts they claimed needed urgent care have been working for years without problem.
